Exoop is a new kind of Proxy IP service, we personally test each Proxy for speed and security, as well as many other aspects, every day. Unlike other Proxy providers we do not simply post 100's of useless, slow and/or dead proxy IP addresses, or ones that are simply not secure. Beware of "free" proxy lists out there many are simply not secure, and are largely untested.
